Our service on Oct. 27 features a visit by Suzanne and Brayton Shanley, co-founders of The Agape Community. They will deliver the homily as well as lead a post-service Forum on compassion, nonviolenace and contemplation.
Agape is a lay Catholic residential community on 34 acres of land in central Massachussetts dedicated a life of nonviolence, contemplation and sustainable living, interfaith and ecumenical in outreach and practice.

Brayton will share what can happen when we take on today’s global challenges–transforming our relationships with other people and living beings on the planet through a sustainable lifestyle centered in compassion, nonviolence and contemplation.
The service begins at 10:30 a.m.; the Forum will begin shortly after noon.
